The irony is that if that same link builder who ripped you off is contracted by an adult SEO company to do exactly the same job he done for you, the little sod would provide a perfect service with high quality links!

a)    Employ a reputable SEO firm who are based in your own country of residence.
b)    Learn some basic SEO skills i.e. how to evaluate potential link partners
